Use of service. CRAFT lets you author and run interactive Apps. Use it lawfully and don't abuse platform resources.

Payments & the marketplace. Payments on CRAFT are wallet-to-wallet (USDC); CRAFT never holds your funds. Constructs and fixed-price digital goods are ownable assets you may buy and sell directly with other users — a sale of property, not a wager. A construct may earn from people who pay to play it, and be sold to someone else who runs it. x402 payments buy access, a fixed item, or a construct at a stated price; they are purchases, not wagers, and are non-refundable except as required by law.

No gambling. CRAFT does not offer gambling, betting, or wagering. You may not create, operate, or use any construct that stakes value on a chance outcome for a payout to a player, that pays out or cashes out winnings, or that lets in-construct items, currency, or balances be redeemed or withdrawn for money. In-construct currency, items, points, and rewards have no monetary value, are a revocable license for use solely within the construct, and may never be sold, redeemed, or withdrawn — this limit is on chance-won winnings, not on buying or selling constructs and fixed-price goods above. CRAFT may freeze monetization of, or remove, any construct that constitutes or facilitates gambling.

User-generated content. Constructs and their UIs are created by other users and are not reviewed by craft. craft is not responsible for community-created content — use unreviewed constructs at your own risk, and report anything abusive.

Identity. Accepting creates an anonymous session. You can claim an email later to build and to keep your work; anonymous sessions expire when idle.

As-is. CRAFT is provided as-is and may change. Continued use after changes is acceptance of the revised terms.
